On August 19, 2025 at the Kazan Expo IEC within the framework of the III International Forum "ROSTKI: Russia and China — mutually beneficial cooperation" a solemn procedure for signing a cooperation agreement between the Russian-Asian Business Council and the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The agreement was signed by Maxim Kuznetsov, Chairman of the RABC, and Taliya Minullina, Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (TIDA).
The agreement regulates cooperation between the RABC and the TIDA in the field of establishing effective communication between the expert and business communities of the Russian Federation and Asian countries, including in relation to the implementation of investment projects, trade and economic cooperation, information interaction and cooperation in the field of events.
"Actually, we have already been cooperating with colleagues from the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency for three years, since the first "ROSTKI", and during this time we have already implemented a number of joint events, facilitating the invitation of a number of both Chinese and Russian speakers and participants to the Forum. We see great potential in the implementation of both trade, economic and investment cooperation between Tatarstan and China, and we are open to implementing new projects," Maxim Kuznetsov said.
